As of December 15th, 2011, Premier Designated Drivers has undergone a change in ownership. Nicole Burnett (former owner and the President of Premier Event Management Services Inc.) had found that the time she needed to do what she wanted with the company, was not available. Rather than seeing the company suffer and slowly fall off, she made the brave decision to sell. Nicole spent the past two years building up Premier into the fantastic company it has become. We thank her for all her hard work in getting this company to where it is now, and know this mustn’t have been an easy thing for her to do. Thank you, Nicole!
On December 15th, 2011 at 5:30pm, 2307538 Ontario Inc. closed the deal with Premier Event Management Services Inc. and became the new owner and operators of Premier Designated Drivers. 2307538 Ontario Inc. is run by Ken Casemore (President) and Brian Ahrens (VP/Secretary). Both Ken and Brian are very excited about the change and are looking forward to a great future with Premier Designated Drivers.
